I see it all the time online. Folks romanticizing every little candle flicker or paranormal investigators snooping around in places they have no business being. Baby witches on TikTok talking about portals, hauntings, “my spirit guide told me…” Girl, no. That might be a whole ass entity that doesn’t belong in your space.

Here’s the real deal:

Not every spirit that shows up is meant to stay.

Not every energy that finds you is helpful.

If you wouldn’t let a stranger off the street walk into your home, open your fridge, leave a mess, and talk crazy why the fuck would you let some random energy do that spiritually? Spirits have agency. But so do you.
