Amethyst, Howlite, Sodalite, Rose Quartz, Labradorite, and Red Jasper are crystals that can help to ground us. You can place these near your bed, desk, carry them around in your bag, or rub between both palms of your hand to receive the calming energetic properties of them.

Clean Your Aura:

We are all sensitive beings. A lot of the times the vibes we are feeling are picked up from outside sources. Meaning, the energy isn’t necessarily ours, but a mixture of our anxieties and others. This is why we need to clean our aura. Take a Himalayan or Epsom salt bath or make a tincture to pour over your body in the shower. You’ll literally feel the stress and grime fall off your body in seconds as you clean your aura. You can also use Selentine as a wand to clear your aura, but this crystal cannot get wet so don’t use it near or in the bath/shower.

The 5-4-3-2-1 Method:

  1. List 5 things in your immediate environment.

  1. List 4 things you can feel.

  2. List 3 things you hear right now.

  3. List 2 things you can smell right now.

  4. List 1 thing you can taste right now.

The objective of this technique is to make us feel more present in the moment, by accessing our senses.
